Our approach to projects is based around delivering a successful solution for your organisation. We are not afraid to ask "why are we doing this task?" "what benefits will it bring to your organisation?"

Frequently our clients come to us with suggested solutions, but by probing into the underlying problem or opportunity we can determine the best solution (in terms of benefit, cost and timescales), which can be quite different to the initial suggestion.

For example, you might say: "we need a forum". But the underlying opportunity is that you are trying to provide a better online experience for your customers and a forum might not be the best solution, especially if your customers don't have the time or motivation to take part.

We use techniques such as User & Task Analyis and Cost/Benefit Analysis to provide a structured approach to uncovering requirements. These techniques can be conducted in a few hours with key project stakeholders, or over a period of several workshops if the requirements are complex or there are many stakeholders involved.
