We encourage all of our team members to communicate directly with our clients, to speak your language (so no jargon) and be honest and upfront about issues and challenges.

Our technical team members are supported by our project co-ordinators, whose role it is to manage the day-to-day activities on a project, from testing and launch support to the management of all of those little tasks essential to a project's success.

Every project also has a single project manager who is ultimately responsible for the success of the project.
